The balcony has now been tiled and grouted, and the splashback in the pantry has been finished. Two out of three mirrors have been installed.

We are thinking that as with everything else regarding the vanity in the ensuite, the height of the vanity has been stuffed up - and the mirror as supplied was the wrong size.  That's the theory, anyway.

A few pictures - the render colour will end up being "slate" which is more of a grey colour.
